The role partners with clients and leads cross-functional teams to meet client, business, financial, performance, and regulatory objectives.

What you will do

  • Lead specialty program strategy, execution, and ongoing management in line with client and organizational goals.
  • Act as primary client contact, build trusted relationships, influence decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for program growth, sustainability, innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders and monitor deliverables, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and contractual commitments.
  • Use program data and Business Intelligence insights to identify opportunities and support client decisions.
