Senior Product Specialist – Reconstruction

• Key aspects of the role include:
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and support new product launches and events.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up to finalise agreements.
• Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through ongoing support, guidance, and product recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial packages while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Respond to product-related enquiries, suggest service improvements, and contribute to team targets.
• Provide surgical support by assisting clinical teams with equipment-related matters during procedures.
• Deliver equipment training, conduct validation tests, and resolve any equipment-related issues with clients.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and ensure thorough record-keeping of all transactions.
• To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
• **Bachelor’s degree.**
• **Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Reconstruction Device sales.**
• **Work experience in Sri Lanka is a must.**
• Experience attending and supporting surgical procedures in a clinical environment.
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
• **Excellent communication skills in English.**
• **Valid driving license.**
• Open to candidates looking to relocate.
