- Key aspects of the role include:
- Achieve revenue, sales, profit & qualitative objectives, and targets.
- Monitor territory performance and implement action plans to improve results.
- Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across assigned accounts.
- Supervising, motivating and developing a team of sales professionals
- Providing monthly reports for sales, activities, market feedback, and opportunities.
- To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- **At least 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.**
- **Primary care/ Consumer Healthcare/ OTC experience is a must**
- **Proven record of achieving sales targets in Abu Dhabi region**
- Experience working with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
