About This Role

Job Description Job Responsibilities

• Spot Product Promotion: Responsible for promoting key spot products (e.g., Launchpool, Launchpad, Byvotes), executing promotional plans efficiently, continuously tracking data performance, and analyzing results to optimize promotional effectiveness.
• Creative Campaign Planning & Playbook Innovation: Design and execute innovative campaigns for New Listings, Post Listings, and ecosystem partnership projects. Develop diverse playbooks to enhance listing performance and increase user engagement and platform activity.
• Asset Operations: Formulate systematic asset operation strategies based on project characteristics, market dynamics, and community feedback. Continuously optimize asset performance and user experience while refining the overall operation system.

Job Requirements

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry or a deep understanding of the ecosystem as a seasoned crypto user.
• Campaign Operations Experience: Proven ability in planning, executing, and reviewing campaigns, capable of managing the entire process independently while continuously improving campaign outcomes.
• Communication & Creative Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong creativity, and execution capability. Able to efficiently drive cross-departmental collaboration and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Asset Operation Capability: In-depth understanding of asset operation systems with well-established methodologies and strategic thinking.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, capable of communicating and collaborating effectively with international teams.
