About The Role

Product Launch Readiness

• Own product launch planning and execution.
• Track launch-critical milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across technology, operations, marketing, customer success, and business teams.
• Ensure all launch requirements are completed on schedule.
• Identify and mitigate launch risks.

Product Delivery Management

• Manage product backlogs and release planning.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor sprint execution and delivery performance.
• Ensure accountability across internal and external teams.

Product Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Lead acceptance testing and release validation.
• Ensure product quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor user feedback and operational performance after launch.
• Prioritize enhancements and optimization initiatives.
• Drive continuous product improvement.

Vendor & Development Partner Management

• Act as the primary operational interface with external development partners.
• Monitor delivery quality, timelines, and commitments.
• Review deliverables and challenge assumptions where needed.
• Ensure product documentation and knowledge transfer are maintained.

Product Growth & Scalability

• Develop the post-launch product enhancement roadmap.
• Support expansion into new features, services, and markets.
• Define product performance metrics and KPIs.
• Identify scalability opportunities across technology, processes, and operations.
• Collaborate with the CTO on long-term platform evolution.

Organizational Readiness

• Build product management processes and governance frameworks.
• Establish documentation standards and product knowledge repositories.
• Support future hiring and onboarding of internal product and engineering resources.
• Contribute to the transition strategy from outsourced development to internal product ownership.

Ai Adoption & Scaling

• Lead the company's AI adoption strategy across product, operations, and delivery functions.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate AI tools and capabilities into the platform and internal workflows.
• Evaluate and onboard AI vendors, models, and solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Establish governance frameworks for responsible and scalable AI use.
• Track emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to the product roadmap.
• Work with the CTO to define the long-term AI-enabled product vision and scaling approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or similar roles.
• Experience launching digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with outsourced software development teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including integration of AI tools, automation, or machine learning capabilities into digital products or operations.
• Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape, including relevant data localization requirements, PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law), CITC regulations, and Vision 2030 digital economy frameworks.
• Experience operating within the Saudi market or GCC region is strongly preferred.
• Startup or high-growth technology experience is highly desirable.
