Overview

  • We’re building a personal event management platform transforming how life’s most meaningful moments are planned and experienced in Saudi Arabia — starting with Riyadh.
  • We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to own full-funnel growth across both supply (vendors) and demand (users), driving acquisition, traffic, engagement, and conversion as we prepare for launch.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • What you’ll do
  • You will be responsible for driving growth and marketing performance across key channels:
  • Execute and continuously improve the marketing strategy based on data
  • Own pre-launch and post-launch growth roadmap, testing channels, messaging, and conversion funnels
  • Build and scale traffic channels (paid, organic, SEO, and content)
  • Manage paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Google, and Snap
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns and partnerships
  • Develop and manage content that supports acquisition and engagement
  • Track and optimize KPIs (CAC, CPI, conversion, retention)
  • Support vendor acquisition with B2B marketing materials
  • Build and lead an agile ecosystem of creative partners and freelancers.
  • Who we’re looking for
  • Someone who understands the Saudi market and can translate insights into measurable growth.

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of marketing or growth experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience growing a two-sided marketplace, app, or platform business is highly preferred
  • Strong experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition.
  • Expertise in Mobile Attribution & Analytics with deep hands-on experience with tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Kochava to track and optimize the full user journey and ROI.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi social fabric and consumer psychology in celebratory contexts.
  • Experience managing meaningful ad budgets (200K+ SAR)
  • Good understanding of SEO, content, and traffic generation
  • Fluent Arabic (Saudi dialect) + professional English
  • Data-driven mindset (GA4, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strategic Marketing concepts mindset and value proposition management
  • Ability to pivot marketing tactics based on real-time market feedback and soft-launch data to ensure product-market fit.
  • Resilient Learner, you view data as a compass; if a channel fails, you optimize and pivot within hours, not weeks.
  • Hands-on and execution-oriented
  • Nice to have:
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Events / wedding industry exposure
  • Influencer or agency management experience
  • Familiarity with BNPL or Saudi consumer behavior
