About This Role
Lead customer-facing recommendation and ranking algorithm products within the Customer department.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ranking and recommendation systems.
- Analyze user behavior and identify improvements through data analysis and experimentation.
- Work with data science and engineering teams to translate requirements into algorithms.
- Lead product discovery, user research, and competitive analysis.
- Define and analyze KPIs, execute A/B tests, and iterate on features.
- Prioritize the product backlog and communicate product plans to stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
- Proven product management experience with data-driven products, particularly ranking, recommendations, search, or personalization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to interpret data and use data science or ML solutions.
- Ability to understand user behavior and improve customer experience through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across product, growth, engineering, analytics, and data science teams.
- Comfort with quantitative data and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Experience in agile development environments and understanding of data science model development.
