We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Enterprise Platforms (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of product strategy and execution across our enterprise solutions. You are not just managing backlogs—you are defining product vision, shaping user journeys, and aligning business goals with technical delivery.

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable product direction. You act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that every release delivers measurable value to users and the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Ownership:
Define and drive the product roadmap for enterprise platform solutions aligned with business and user needs.

End-to-End Product Delivery:
Lead product development from discovery and requirements gathering through to release, adoption, and iteration.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

User-Centered Decision Making:
Leverage research, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to guide product decisions and prioritization.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present product vision, roadmap, and performance updates clearly to internal leadership and external partners.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior-level ownership of enterprise or SaaS platforms.

Track Record:
Proven ability to deliver complex digital products from concept to launch with measurable business impact.

Technical Understanding:
Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, and enterprise system architecture.

Tools & Methods:
Experience working with agile frameworks, product management tools, and collaboration platforms.

Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus depending on client needs.

Mindset:
You are structured, data-driven, and pragmatic. You balance long-term product vision with fast, iterative execution and are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous environments.
