Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead the design vision across our digital products.

In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience strategy, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform complex requirements into elegant and user friendly solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, and perform.

This is more than a design role it is a leadership position where your ideas and decisions will directly influence product direction and user satisfaction.

You will work alongside stakeholders who value user experience and understand its impact on business success.

Your input will be part of key decision making from the beginning.

We use Figma as our primary design tool and collaborate closely with development teams working on modern frameworks such as React and Vue.

Our workflow supports efficient design to development handoff.

Maintain and continuously improve our design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Lead the design process from research and wireframing to high fidelity prototypes and final delivery to development teams.

Mentor junior and mid level designers, conduct design reviews, and contribute to building a strong design culture.

Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve product outcomes.

Work closely with internal teams and clients to present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.

Minimum 6 years of experience in product design or UX UI design with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.

A strong portfolio showcasing real projects, including problem definition, design process, and measurable results.

Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and component systems.

Familiarity with responsive and mobile first design principles.

Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Practical and solution oriented.

Able to balance attention to detail with delivery timelines and business goals.
