About the Role:
Holz Mikawa Wood Industries and Construction Materials LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Production Manager to oversee manufacturing and production operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in wood and construction materials manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Leadership: Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations
• Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
• Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards and specifications
• Resource Management: Manage materials, machinery, and workforce allocation
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, production output, and operational efficiency
• Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, technicians, and production staff

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations
• Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and process management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in wood processing, construction materials, or manufacturing
• Leadership: Ability to manage large production teams and workflows
