The work includes building internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows using AI alongside product engineering skills.
What you’ll do
- Own code from design through delivery and observability.
- Promote best practices and incremental improvements.
- Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
- Find bottlenecks and improve system efficiency to reduce complexity and toil.
- Build and ship products end to end.
- Work directly with product managers and designers in short loops with fast releases.
What Noon is looking for
- Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and ways of working.
- Proactive problem identification, solution proposal, and follow-through.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and ship real products.
Bonus experience
- Experience building highly scalable backend web services is a bonus.
- Cloud technology experience, such as AWS, is a bonus.
