About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design across UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders to transform complex user needs into elegant, intuitive workflows
• Design sophisticated software experiences for enterprise and operational environments, balancing usability, speed, scalability, and aesthetics
• Experiment with emerging AI-native design tools and workflows (Lovable, v0, Cursor, etc.) to help redefine how design integrates into modern product teams
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, patterns, and guidelines across multiple products and surfaces
• Advocate for the user through continuous discovery, iteration, testing, and feedback loops
• Help shape product direction and strategy through strong product thinking and systems-level design thinking
• Work in a fast-moving environment where ideas move quickly from concept to deployment

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related fields, ideally within modern SaaS, AI, or workflow-heavy software environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex products, enterprise platforms, or operational tooling
• Proven ability to design workflow-oriented software that improves usability, efficiency, and productivity
• High proficiency across tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive, or similar
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, systems thinking, and accessibility standards
• Experience collaborating within high-performing, cross-functional product and engineering teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design rationale, trade-offs, and user-centered decisions
• Experience working on AI-driven, automation, or data-intensive products is highly regarded
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly in startup or scale-up environments
