• The role is fully remote and work from home.

Working hours

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Strong experience with digital products, SaaS platforms, and B2B, B2C, or B2B2X products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, interaction design, usability, and the complete product design lifecycle.
• Advanced Figma proficiency and a strong portfolio demonstrating product design, research, complex journeys, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, design systems, and shipped products.
• Experience using AI or LLM tools for research, ideation, analysis, productivity, and design workflows; ability to work with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work independently, accept feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Sketch or Adobe XD experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own product and UX design from research and discovery through validation, development, and launch; design acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization journeys.
• Conduct user research, customer research, competitive analysis, and usability studies; translate findings and requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, journey maps, process flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Build Figma prototypes, facilitate usability testing and stakeholder reviews, and own visual design through developer handoff and implementation.
• Evolve design systems, UI patterns, guidelines, and reusable components; collaborate with engineering to maintain design quality.
• Review experiences before and after launch, use qualitative and quantitative data to identify improvements, present recommendations, and contribute to design critiques.
• Use AI and LLM-powered tools to improve productivity, research, ideation, analysis, and design effectiveness.

Tools and collaboration

• Collaboration and product-development tools may include Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms.
