Experience requirements

• Bring 6–10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Have experience in Telecom, BSS, Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or another complex enterprise technology environment.
• Have strong Agile or Scrum product development experience and experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and functional requirements, and translate complex business requirements into actionable product requirements.
• Understand SDLC and technical constraints and work effectively with engineering teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and tight timelines with strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Use Jira, Confluence, or similar tools and work comfortably with US-based teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, priorities, and delivery.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, QA, UX/UI, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prioritize the backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production.
• Define business rules, workflows, functional requirements, and product documentation.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, dependencies, and technical constraints.
• Manage stakeholders, competing priorities, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges.
• Coordinate UAT, product validation, business sign-off, and communications about roadmap, progress, risks, and dependencies.

Telecom and BSS experience

• Strong Telecom BSS or Business Support Systems experience is preferred.
• Postpaid BSS experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, charging, rating, usage management, rate plans, product catalogs, CRM, payments, collections, order management, and BSS/OSS integrations is desirable.

Technical skills

• Experience or understanding of API design, REST APIs, system architecture, microservices, API integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms is relevant.
• Experience or understanding of cloud applications, BSS architecture, billing and charging systems, product and rate plan configuration, data flows, and third-party integrations is relevant.
• Oracle BRM experience is a plus.
