**Job Title:** Senior Procurement Officer (Engineering & FM)
**Salary:** QAR 6,000 per month (Full package)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Engineer / Procurement Specialist with a strong background in Engineering and Facilities Management (FM).
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for engineering and FM requirements
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Handle purchase orders, contracts, and vendor performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
- Coordinate closely with operations, engineering, and finance teams
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Proven experience in Procurement within Engineering / Facilities Management (FM)
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP
- Expertise in vendor sourcing, negotiations, and contract management
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to join within 30 days
