Your Role

• As a Senior Procurement Engineer, you will:
• Take ownership of procurement packages from requisition through supplier award and handover.
• Prepare RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation for materials and subcontract packages.
• Evaluate supplier quotations for technical and commercial compliance.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, construction, commercial, and project teams.
• Support supplier risk assessments, performance monitoring, and expediting activities.
• Assist with contract administration, reporting, and procurement governance.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and reporting metrics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable procurement practices

Experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management within construction, engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environments.
• Experience managing procurement packages and supplier relationships.
• Exposure to subcontract and material procurement activities.

Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare bid evaluations, comparison matrices, and procurement reports.
• Knowledge of contract administration and supplier performance management.
• Experience using ERP procurement systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularl

• Excel.

Preferred

• CIPS certification or working towards CIPS qualification.
• Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
