About Y

ng team.

You will support departmental operations through accurate reporting, data management, coordination activities, and governance initiatives that contribute to the success of major MEP

projects.

Your Role

As an Administrator, you will support the operational, reporting, and administrative functions of the Post-Contract Technical Procurement D

epartment.

You will be responsible for maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools while ensuring management has accurate and timely visibility of procurement and project-related i

nformation.

  • ting systems.Prepare weekly and monthly management reports, presentations, and departme
  • ntal updates.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of procurement and oper
  • ational data.Monitor procurement status information and maintain visibility across l
  • ive projects.Coordinate reporting requirements across Procurement, Engineering, Commercial, QA/QC, and Mana
  • gement teams.Support governance initiatives by maintaining structured reporting and documenta
  • tion systems.Assist in the development and implementation of reporting tools and digit
  • al platforms.Track departmental KPIs and provide insights on trends, performance, and operationa
  • l activities.Coordinate meetings, action trackers, and follow-u
  • p activities.Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting
  • enhancements.Ensure information is maintained in a structured and accessible format for manag

Qualifications

  • & ExperienceBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, or
  • a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administration, reporting, project coordination, data management, or operation
  • al support roles.
