About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior PRO / PRO Supervisor with a strong background in blue-collar manpower supply to manage and supervise all government-related documentation and PRO activities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling high-volume visas and labor processes for workforce-intensive operations and the ability to lead PRO teams while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.
PRO & Government Relations
- Manage end-to-end PRO operations including visas, labor permits, Emirates ID, medicals, and immigration processes
- Liaise with UAE government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, ICP, MOL, GDRFA, and other authorities
- Ensure timely processing, renewals, cancellations, and modifications of employee documentation
Blue-Collar Manpower Management
- Handle high-volume PRO activities for blue-collar and site-based workforce
- Manage visa quotas, bulk applications, and manpower allocations
- Provide PRO support aligned with manpower supply contracts and operational requirements
Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise and guide junior PROs and typists
- Allocate tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure accuracy of submissions
- Coordinate closely with HR, recruitment, payroll, and operations teams
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws
- Maintain accurate PRO records, trackers, and documentation logs
- Prepare reports on visa volumes, renewals, and pending cases
Process Improvement
- Improve PRO workflows to reduce turnaround times
- Support audits, inspections, and government checks related to manpower compliance
