About the Opportunity

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), technology integration and portfolio governance initiatives.

Develop and implement digital lifecycle strategies, integrate enterprise platforms and improve operational efficiency through innovation, automation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a multi-year digital PLM strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee enterprise PLM platform implementation, integration and optimisation.
  • Integrate PLM solutions with ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS platforms.
  • Standardise lifecycle processes covering design, procurement, construction, handover, operations and retirement.
  • Lead cross-functional digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide technology adoption.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, performance dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, programme budgets and delivery performance.
  • Drive automation, data governance, quality improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience implementing PLM or enterprise lifecycle management solutions within large organisations.
  • Strong expertise integrating PLM with ERP, BIM and project management systems.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement, organisational change management and process governance experience.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning and communication skills.

Technical Expertise

  • PLM platforms may include SAP PLM, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill or Aras.
  • ERP, BIM, PMIS, DMS and CMMS integration.
  • Enterprise architecture, APIs and data governance.
  • Project and portfolio management.
  • Digital transformation, workflow automation and process optimisation.
  • Analytics, reporting and benefits realisation.
  • Agile and scaled delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
  • A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL or Prosci are preferred.
  • Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes is preferred.
