• This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia.
• This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
• Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
• You’ll be responsible for:
• Lead the application of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and project controls, including Earned Value Management.
• Communicate analysis, requirements, and corrective measures effectively to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage and develop a team of professionals, driving performance and delivering planning and scheduling services.
• Influence clients to adopt proposals and recommendations that support project success.
• Undertake tasks required to meet project and assignment objectives, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and quality.
• Contribute to Mace’s net zero carbon transition by proactively managing and reducing project-related emissions.
• You’ll need to have:
• Strong written communication skills, clear and concise.
• Expertise in schedule management tools, software, and planning techniques.
• Degree in Construction/Engineering or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and local requirements.
