Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to lead and manage planning functions for interior fit-out projects. The role focuses on developing robust project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules and planning reports
- Monitor project progress, identifying delays, risks, and potential impacts
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Track key milestones and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Support resource planning and assist in cost monitoring activities
- Ensure adherence to planning standards, procedures, and reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 10–12+ years of experience in project planning within fit-out or construction projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqamah
