Overview

  • Job responsibility:
  • Responsible for developing baseline schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with subcontractors and disciplines, and providing delay analysis and claims support.
  • The role supervises junior planners and ensures the technical accuracy of all planning outputs, contributing significantly to project time control and successful execution.
  • Develop and manage project schedules (baseline & updates)
  • Supervise progress monitoring, reporting, and presentations
  • Coordinate schedule interfaces with disciplines and subcontractors
  • Perform delay analysis and support claims resolution
  • Support resource loading, leveling, cash flow, and invoicing
  • Mentor junior planners and support internal training efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and social responsibility

• BSc. Engineering (Construction Management, Civil And Mech. And Electrical And Arch)

  • +5 years of experience
  • Contractors background Industrial field (Power Generation, Oil & Gas Substation, Industrial factories - Cement, Fertilizers…etc.)
  • Proven track records with project management tools/courses and fair knowledge (Construction Management, PRMG, PMI-SP, or PSP and/or PMP).
