Role overview

Senior Civil Planning Engineer supporting delivery of major civil, building, and high-rise construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Develop and manage baseline, recovery, mitigation, and revised programmes.
  • Manage EOT claims and perform delay analysis.
  • Plan resources and monitor progress.
  • Prepare KPI reports and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Integrate subcontractor programmes and develop schedule recovery strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 15 years of relevant planning experience, including five years in Abu Dhabi.
  • Strong track record on large-scale civil, high-rise, and complex building projects.
  • Previous experience with a major main contractor is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6, CPM scheduling, delay analysis, claims management, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
