Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead construction from mobilization and substructure through superstructure, finishes, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage deep basements, post-tension systems, jump-form or climbing-form systems, and façade installation.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Improve floor-cycle performance, tower-crane utilization, vertical logistics, manpower productivity, and resource use.
• Oversee structural, architectural, façade, MEP interface, and premium finishing works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, contractual requirements, and UAE authority regulations.
• Manage construction risks, technical challenges, stakeholder coordination, and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 20+ years of construction experience, focused on high-rise buildings.
• Proven experience with a Tier-1 main contractor in the UAE or GCC and successful delivery of 25+ storey high-rise developments.
• Strong background in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Extensive knowledge of high-rise structural systems, formwork cycles, façade coordination, MEP interfaces, project controls, and construction planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
