- Actively participate in weekly client meeting for FOC Phase 1A/1B projects and
- provide planning inputs, schedule updates, and recovery measures where
- required.
- Update, monitor, and maintain project schedules for all ongoing projects,
- ensuring accurate progress tracking and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain project dashboards, KPI reports, and progress updates,
- and circulate them to concerned stakeholders and management.
- Attend planning workshop meeting with the Consultant and PMC teams to
- discuss current activities, upcoming milestones, constraints, and schedule
- related concerns.
- Coordinate with the QS and Technical Departments for required submissions,
- approvals, variations, and progress-related information while reporting critical
- issues to Project Management.
- Prepare and update Variation Order (VO) programs and incorporate approved
- variations into the Master Program.
- Prepare and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims for delay events within the
- contractual timelines and maintain supporting schedule documentation.
- Review and prepare monthly reports, progress presentations, and planning
- submissions for management and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor internal subcontractor programs, identify delays, assess
- impacts, and implement mitigation/recovery measures to maintain project
- objectives.
