Senior Patient Conversion Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and guide them through the booking process.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
• Answer questions related to dermatology, dental treatments, laser procedures, skincare services, and aesthetic treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Handle objections professionally and build trust with potential patients.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Meet appointment booking and conversion targets.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Fluent English speaker (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in lead management, patient coordination, or customer service within medical, aesthetic, dermatology, dental, laser, or skincare clinics.
• Proven experience managing leads through WhatsApp and Instagram.
• Strong sales and conversion skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using CRM systems and lead management platforms.
• Knowledge of aesthetic, dermatology, dental, laser, and skincare treatments.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
