Job Description
We are a high-end medical & aesthetic clinic in Dubai seeking an **Arabic/English-speaking Leads Management & Bookings ( CLINIC )** to handle inbound leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
This role is ideal for someone who understands **patient psychology**, is confident in sales, and knows how to follow up professionally to maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle **inbound leads** from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and marketing campaigns
- Contact potential patients promptly and professionally
- Explain clinic services, packages, and offers clearly
- Convert leads into **confirmed appointments**
- Follow up with undecided leads until closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings
- Coordinate closely with reception, doctors, and management
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Requirements
- **Fluent Arabic AND ENGLISH is mandatory** (English required)
- Previous experience in **clinic sales / medical center / aesthetic clinic** is a strong advantage
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Professional communication & customer handling
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Experience with WhatsApp Business, CRM, or lead systems is a plus
