**Job Title:** Derma & Dental Nurse / DHA Compliance Coordinator – First Class Clinic
Job Description
Lumos Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a highly organized and experienced Derma & Dental Nurse with strong knowledge of DHA regulations and first-class clinic standards.
The ideal candidate must have experience maintaining high-level clinic compliance, infection control, sterilization protocols, documentation standards, and overall operational readiness for DHA inspections.
The candidate should also be experienced in assisting dental and dermatology/aesthetic procedures in a premium clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during dental, dermatology, laser, and aesthetic procedures
- Maintain first-class clinic standards and patient care quality
- Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and infection control policies
- Monitor sterilization procedures and maintain sterilization records
- Prepare treatment rooms, machines, and instruments according to DHA standards
- Organize and maintain medical records, consent forms, and NABIDH documentation
- Monitor expiry dates, storage standards, and clinic inventory
- Maintain laser logs, machine maintenance records, and safety documentation
- Ensure the clinic is inspection-ready at all times
- Coordinate with management regarding DHA requirements and clinic improvements
- Support staff compliance and maintain professional clinical workflow
Requirements
- DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in dental and dermatology/aesthetic clinics
- Strong knowledge of DHA compliance and inspection requirements
- Experience with infection control and sterilization standards
- Knowledge of NABIDH and proper medical documentation
- Experience assisting in laser and aesthetic treatments is preferred
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and maintain premium clinic standards
