Functional Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and banking SMEs.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle FLEXCUBE product capabilities.
- Configure and implement FLEXCUBE solutions across:
- Loans and Deposits
- Trade Finance
- Securities
- Money Market
- Foreign Exchange
- CASA (Current Account and Savings Account)
- Prepare BRDs, GAP Analysis, and Solution Design documents.
- Conduct product demonstrations, user training, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Support UAT activities and coordinate with business teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, operational policies, and risk management requirements.
Technical Responsibilities
- Design and review FLEXCUBE customizations, extensions, and integrations.
- Work closely with development teams on:
- PL/SQL development
- Batch processing
- Reports and customization frameworks
- Perform impact assessments for change requests and enhancements.
- Support data migration strategy, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to Oracle FLEXCUBE best practices.

Technical Skills
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Data migration and reconciliation
Good-To-Have Skills
- Experience with FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS) latest versions.
- Exposure to Digital Banking, Payments, SWIFT, AML, and Treasury integrations.
- Corporate Banking Implementation Experience.
- Treasury and Capital Markets Exposure.
- Agile/Scrum Delivery Experience.
- Experience with modern banking transformation initiatives.
