Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle employee documentation, records management, and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams on HR and office administration activities.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Assist with employee onboarding, correspondence, and other HR-related functions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Female Filipino candidate.
- Previous experience in HR and administrative support roles.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates on a UAE Visit Visa and available for immediate joining will be preferred.
