Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage key account operations, serve as primary operational contact, and address customer concerns through regular reviews.
• Oversee daily road transportation, coordinate planners, dispatch, driver management, and subcontractors, and manage routes and capacity.
• Monitor shipments, vehicle utilization, delivery performance, and exceptions; resolve delays and service disruptions.
• Track SLAs and KPIs, report performance, identify service gaps, and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Monitor account costs and profitability; support route optimization, load consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support customer onboarding, new business implementation, and operational transitions.
• Lead process improvement and maintain operational procedures and customer-specific SOPs.
• Ensure regulatory, safety, policy, and contractual compliance; manage operational risks, documentation, claims, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of experience in road transportation, logistics operations, or key account management.
• Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border road freight operations.
• Experience managing strategic customers and transportation service providers.
• Knowledge of TMS, operational reporting, and performance analytics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, stakeholder management, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
