Role purpose
Safely transport, collect, and deliver goods using a company-owned or leased motorcycle, following HSE procedures and UAE traffic rules.
Responsibilities
- Operate the motorcycle responsibly and comply with HSE policies and UAE traffic rules.
- Inspect the vehicle and equipment before use, check safety and QHSE compliance, and report defects.
- Report accidents and breakdowns promptly.
- Follow safe loading and unloading instructions and report delivery damage, excesses, or shortages.
- Secure packed food and deliver it on time at an appropriate temperature.
- Report temperature-monitoring device malfunctions and assist with vehicle replacement during breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute improvement suggestions and near-miss reports.
- Perform other assigned duties or projects within the employee’s abilities.
Qualifications and skills
- Matriculation or equivalent education.
- At least 2 years of motorbike-driving experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Able to understand, read, and write English.
- Good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and road safety, good eyesight during day and night, basic communication skills, and an aptitude for safety.
