Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized

Student Services Specialist

to support student administration, admissions, enrollment activities, and student engagement initiatives within our school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient student services operations while providing excellent support to students, parents, and academic staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain student records, databases, and administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support admissions, enrollment, orientation, and student registration processes.
  • Monitor and update student attendance, behavior, and related records within the Student Information System (SIS).
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students and parents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate communication with parents regarding attendance, meetings, and student-related matters.
  • Prepare reports, surveys, and administrative documentation as required.
  • Support student recruitment activities, including school visits, presentations, campus tours, open days, and promotional events.
  • Assist in organizing graduation ceremonies, orientation programs, recognition events, and other student-focused activities.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance the student experience and support student success.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum
  • 2 years of experience
  • in Student Services, Administration, or a related role.
  • Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage records and maintain data accuracy.
