The role is also responsible for maintaining governance frameworks within PICG.
The PICG Governance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all PICG policies, practices, and processes align with applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, audit coordination and internal governance frameworks.
This role supports PICG in maintaining compliance, minimising risk, and driving ethical and consistent people practices across the organisation.
