About This Role
Job Purpose
Independently manage end-to-end tasks for payment gateway systems and ensure collaboration with vendors for seamless system integrations, and Key qualifications include a strong understanding of banking operations, exceptional problem-solving skills, and expertise in system integration and infrastructure fundamentals.
Additionally, hands-on technical experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, application configuration, conducting sanity checks, and a deep analytical approach for resolving technical issues are crucial.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing support for all Central Bank payment systems, including FTS (NPSS, IPI), ICCS, DDS, WPS, as well as SWIFT and other payment gateways, ensuring seamless financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and system stability.
- Prior experience in the Eastnets Payment Safe & Swift system will be added advantage.
- Leading collaborative initiatives among cross-functional teams, fostering teamwork and integration.
- Engaging vendors to ensure streamlined system integrations and continuous improvements in processes and technologies.
- Conducting comprehensive testing and implementing robust quality assurance measures for reliable system performance.
- Proactively resolving complex system challenges to enhance overall efficiency and functionality.
- Overseeing the entire lifecycle of tasks across a variety of enterprise systems, from inception to completion.
- Collaborating effectively with both technical and business teams, ensuring clear communication and strong synergy.
- Responsibility of independent system configuration and optimization efforts, tailoring systems to meet specific operational needs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• ITIL Advanced Certification
- IT Service Management ISO certifications
Experience
- More than 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant position
- Other Skills Required for the Job:
- Strong knowledge of banking applications, payment systems, excellent stakeholder management, analytical and leadership skills
- Banking application and business operations strong experience
- Strong knowledge in payments
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and follow-through skills.

- Proactive in identifying and addressing issues.
