Lead network operations and help ensure high availability, resilience, performance, and secure enterprise connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage Cisco routing and switching across LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
- Oversee network security, availability, and resilience.
- Lead network transformation, modernization, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize connectivity.
- Manage firmware upgrades, patching, and hardware lifecycle activities.
- Implement network automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure reliability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant networking experience; Cisco routing and switching experience is listed as required, including 8 years in the experience section.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, and data center networking.
- Knowledge of network security, high availability, resilience, and modernization.
- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, performance optimization, and firmware lifecycle management skills.
- Network automation experience and English proficiency at B1+ level.
- Willingness to work onsite in Dubai on a long-term engagement.
