Implement and optimize IFS Applications, an enterprise resource planning solution, to streamline business processes.
Work on system configurations, integrations, and customizations to meet enterprise objectives.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into IFS solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement IFS enhancements aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead integration of IFS with Salesforce, Pegasystems, databases, and other enterprise systems.
- Test, troubleshoot, and debug IFS modules for performance and reliability.
- Maintain documentation for system design, configuration management, and integrations.
- Support SDLC activities including version control, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot issues involving system hardening, vulnerabilities, load balancing, AWS security, VPNs, and firewalls.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience required; 5 years of IFS experience is also listed as preferred.
- Proven IFS Functional Consultant experience and strong understanding of IFS Applications modules.
- Knowledge of SOA, solution architecture, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and at least one of C#, JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with operating systems, virtualization, Azure or AWS, and tools such as Kubernetes.
- Business analysis capability, including requirements analysis and technical specification writing.
- Experience with APIs, web services, microservices, and DevOps practices such as Jenkins or Git.
- Cybersecurity knowledge including system hardening, vulnerability management, and information security.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
