Responsibilities

  • Manage and update incidents through Remedy/ITSM tools and ensure resolution within defined SLA. Coordinate with NOC, field engineers, OEMs, vendors and customer teams for incident resolution and service restoration. Maintain technical documentation, deployment records, health-check reports and troubleshooting logs. Follow defined MOP/SOP, change-management, escalation and operational procedures . Participate in planned maintenance, network upgrades and implementation activities as required. Prerequisites: Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma / BCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications or related discipline.

Experience

  • 5–7 years in Network Engineering, NOC, ISP, Telecom or Field Network Operations . Certification: CCNA preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Willingness to work in 24×7 / shift-based operations , if required. Location :: Noida Specialization Description Responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related systems. Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users, which includes trouble shooting, fault rectification and problem escalation. Provides effective and timely resolution of users’ problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure. Level Description Entry to developing level professional with little or no prior experience required. Applies a broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. Work is closely supervised. Works to deliver day-to-day objectives with limited impact on achievement of results for the job area. Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
