Key Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and enhance enterprise IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, security, telephony, internet, intranet, and wireless networks.
- Design and implement infrastructure strategies to support current and future business requirements.
- Lead infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Manage infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, RFPs, contracts, and service delivery processes.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor network and server performance, recommend improvements, and ensure optimal system capacity.
