Overview
- We are seeking a
Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor
with a minimum of
10+ years of experience
in high-rise residential building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all pre-contract and post-contract MEP quantity surveying activities.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements.
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account settlements.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and planning teams to ensure cost control.
- Assess contractual entitlements and support claim preparation and evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company procedures..
