Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities from planning to handover.
- Ensure project execution is in line with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Review construction methodologies, resource allocation, and site productivity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract requirements, and company policies.
- Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports for management.
- Resolve technical and operational issues to minimize project delays.
