· Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions.

· Lead Extension of Time (EOT) and prolongation claims.
· Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
Variations & Claims Management
· Ensure timely identification and submission of variations.
· Maximize recovery of contractual entitlements.
· Lead claims preparation and negotiations.
· Monitor variation and claims approval status.
Cost Control & Budget Management
· Establish project budget baselines.
· Conduct Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR).
· Monitor actual cost vs budget and forecast.
· Analyze cost overruns and corrective actions.
· Improve cost efficiency across projects.
Estimation & Tendering
· Lead tender commercial reviews and bid strategy.
· Validate pricing and estimation assumptions.
· Support value engineering during tender stage.
· Conduct tender risk analysis.
Procurement Commercial Oversight
· Develop procurement commercial strategies aligned with project budgets and timelines.
· Monitor procurement costs against approved budgets.
· Review and approve major procurement packages and subcontract agreements.
· Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
· Establish procurement benchmarking systems and market price analysis.
· Ensure procurement activities comply with project specifications and contractual requirements.
· Coordinate with planning, engineering, and stores teams for procurement scheduling and material planning.
· Monitor procurement risks including price escalation, delays, shortages, and supplier performance.
· Improve procurement savings through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
· Monitor procurement commitments and liabilities.
· Ensure timely procurement to avoid project delays and commercial exposure.
· Review supplier payment terms to optimize company cash flow.
· Support prequalification and evaluation of vendors and subcontractors.
· Improve procurement reporting systems and ERP integration.
· Monitor procurement-related claims and back charges.
· Ensure alignment between procurement, inventory, and project consumption.
· Participate in subcontract final account negotiations and closure.
Inventory & Stores Commercial Oversight
· Monitor inventory value and material utilization.
· Ensure proper material reconciliation systems.
· Review inventory aging, dead stock, and excess stock.
· Reduce material wastage and leakage risks.
· Support ERP-based inventory control systems.
· Conduct inventory commercial audits.
· Optimize inventory carrying costs and working capital.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
· Coordinate with planning and project teams.
· Monitor progress, delays, and commercial impact.
· Prepare executive commercial dashboards and reports.
· Monitor project cash flow and collections.
Value Engineering
· Lead value engineering initiatives.
· Identify cost optimization opportunities.
· Improve procurement and constructability efficiency.
Team Leadership
· Lead QS, contracts, estimation, cost control, procurement coordination, and commercial teams.
· Develop SOPs and commercial procedures.
· Conduct performance reviews and mentoring.
