Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MEP works in construction or interior fit-out in the UAE.
- Experience in MEP design for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems.
- Ability to read MEP drawings and prepare BOQs.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works at the project site.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and interior fit-out teams to support project execution.
- Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems.
- Ensure MEP works follow approved drawings, standards, and project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
