Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market and project sales process.
- Existing network with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities in interior fit-out, joinery, and construction.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and market research.
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers; understand project needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams on proposals and quotations.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and business development reports.
- Negotiate contracts, close projects, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming UAE projects.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings; maintain client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
