Design practical analytics solutions from IBM Maximo asset environments to improve visibility into asset condition, maintenance performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Engage independently with business and technical stakeholders on complex asset-management and analytics needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Maximo operational, maintenance, and asset data to define KPIs, reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Translate asset-management, maintenance, and service-performance requirements into reporting and analytics.
- Develop and validate reports, datasets, SQL queries, and Maximo data extracts.
- Support analytics across large and distributed asset portfolios.
- Integrate Maximo data with BI, data warehouse, ERP, GIS, and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reconciliation across operational and analytical systems.
- Advise on Maximo data structures, reporting architecture, KPI design, and analytics best practices.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, data, and business teams.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 7+ years of IBM Maximo experience with strong analytics, reporting, or data exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo 7.6, Maximo Manage processes and data model, and MAS architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo asset, work management, maintenance, inventory, labor, cost, and failure-management areas.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Hands-on Maximo reporting and analytics experience using BIRT, Cognos, or external BI solutions.
- Experience defining maintenance KPIs and integrating Maximo data through views, APIs, Object Structures, or integration frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale or distributed asset and maintenance environments.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and requirements-gathering skills.
Other Qualifications
- Experience with MAS or Maximo Manage implementations and migrations from Maximo 7.6 is nice to have.
- Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos Analytics experience is nice to have.
- GIS, data warehouse, data lake, ETL/ELT, cloud analytics, predictive maintenance, IoT, or AI-driven analytics exposure is advantageous.
- IBM Maximo or related analytics certifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
