About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end components and implement workflows, approval journeys, dashboards, forms, search, filtering, tables, and data-driven interfaces.
• Modernize interfaces, convert Figma designs into responsive production interfaces, and build reusable components for a consistent design system.
• Support Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate REST APIs, backend services, authentication, and third-party systems while implementing validation, error handling, and secure data handling.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, browser compatibility, and quality for enterprise-scale applications.
• Investigate production issues, participate in code reviews, support releases and UAT, assess enhancement feasibility, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 8 years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience with React and Vue.js, including Vue Router, component lifecycle, reusable components, and application structure.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, REST APIs, backend integration, authentication flows, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with complex forms, dashboards, workflows, data tables, advanced search, filtering, user profiles, performance optimization, accessibility, and secure development.
• Experience with Git, Figma, state management, component design, and modern development workflows.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with correspondence-management, workflow, case-management, or government enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting production environments, releases, UAT, incident resolution, and post-release validation.
• Familiarity with security, auditability, logging, access control, data confidentiality, enterprise integrations, large datasets, and Agile teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of front-end deliverables, and meet agreed timelines.
• Strong attention to UI quality, consistency, usability, and maintainability.
