Senior Marketing Manager
About This Role
- Job Title – Senior Marketing Manager
- Type of Hire – Permanent
- Work Location – Dubai
- Mandatory – 10-12 years of experience in Marketing in Aluminium, Steel, Mining, Industrial Chemicals, or Industrial Gases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short-term, annual, and long-term (3-year) marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive value creation
- Define value propositions, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies across industrial segments
- Build and manage a robust innovation pipeline, aligned with customer needs and evolving market dynamics
- Drive adoption of digital and innovative solutions within the industrial space
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory teams to deliver integrated business outcomes
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Lead execution of customer engagement initiatives, seminars, and industry events
- Explore and implement new business models and revenue streams
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion
