About the Role:
The One BD Business Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager (B2B Services) to lead marketing initiatives and business growth in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on driving B2B lead generation, managing brand positioning, and executing multi-channel marketing strategies for business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead Generation: Drive pipeline growth through digital, outbound, and partnership channels
- Brand Positioning: Strengthen company presence in professional and corporate markets
- Campaign Management: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, content)
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer segments
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Team Leadership: Manage marketing teams and external agencies
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in marketing, preferably in B2B services or consulting
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and leadership capabilities
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate solutions
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and complex campaigns
