We are looking for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team and support the growth of our brands across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign results to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns and social media channels.
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Research, recruit, and manage influencers, content creators, and UGC partnerships.
- Track influencer performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Create and support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Assist in managing Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Support marketing operations, tools, platforms, and day-to-day marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics, social media analytics, and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience managing influencer and UGC campaigns.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and marketing tools.
