Overview

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 5 years in a Sales Manager or leadership role.
  • Strong preference for candidates from the Cosmetics, Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, or FMCG industries. (Mandatory)
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Must provide evidence of managing and delivering multi-million-dollar annual sales revenues and achieving substantial business growth within previous organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that resulted in measurable market expansion and increased profitability.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple territories or channels.
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development,
  • key account management, distributor management, and retail sales development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective commercial strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with internationally recognized beauty or cosmetic brands.
  • Proven success in launching new products and scaling sales operations in competitive markets.
  • Existing network within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry is highly desirable.

Key Performance Evidence Required

  • Candidates should clearly demonstrate:
  • Revenue generated in previous roles (e.g., annual sales volume managed).
  • Percentage growth achieved year-over-year.
  • Largest sales targets achieved and exceeded.
  • Major accounts acquired or expanded.
  • Team performance improvements under their leadership.
